Minor Changes to Front Page Content

I’m making some minor changes to how I display the Front Page of Off on a Tangent. First, I’ve made it a bit shorter. There are now only five items shown with content—one ‘headline’ item at the top, and four secondary items.

Second, it will not always be chronological. While new items (site-wide) will be featured on this page as they have always been, I will occasionally feature old content when it makes sense to do so (for example, I may re-feature old opinion columns if their subject matter is in the news).

Things generally won’t change much, but I think that occasionally featuring old content when appropriate will make the Front Page more useful. Let me know what you think!
