Attacked For Their Looks

An excellent column by Cheri Pierson Yecke in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune today. Yecke is a Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives who—like me—is tired of politicos resorting to name-calling in lieu of debate.

And, like Yecke, I have noticed a pattern:

“Where are the feminists? Their silence speaks volumes about their convictions and partisan leanings. After all, it is mainly conservative women who have been the victims of this sort of media slashing. Sad to say, with few exceptions, the circling vultures are left-leaning women.”

As I have said many times, there are plenty of valid points for the left to debate. It’s time to stop being petty.
