Minor Display Problems Solved [Updated]

The site had two minor display problems which affected Microsoft Internet Explorer users (links jumped when moused-over) and Mozilla Firefox for Windows users (the site was often displayed slightly too wide for the screen and a horizontal scroll bar appeared). I believe that both of these have been fixed, and the site should now display as-expected in all supported browsers.

In a strange twist of events, the problem affecting Internet Explorer was caused by an error in my code, while the problem affecting Firefox was caused by an apparent browser bug (which only affects the Windows version of Firefox—Mac OS X and Linux users were not affected).

If you still run into these display behaviors, clear your browser cache and then click reload/refresh. If the problem still occurs after you have cleared your cache, please contact me and let me know your operating system, browser, version number, and what page(s) are affected.
