An interesting commentary piece by Julie Hilden of FindLaw.com is available over on CNN.com. It’s about FCC regulations regarding broadcast indecency.

This subject is quite topical, considering all the bru-ha-ha about Janet Jackson’s momentarily-exposed breast.

Regardless, I generally agree with the argument that Hilden puts forth. Give it a read!
