My personal analysis of last night’s vice presidential debate probably won’t be finished up until sometime this evening (what with work being so hectic, and so on). In the mean time, check out this informative AP article.
Vice Presidential Debate Tonight
The first and only planned Vice Presidential debate of the 2004 election season will occur between Vice President Dick Cheney (R) and Senator John Edwards (D-NC) tonight at Case Western Reserve University. Tune in to watch (I recommend C-SPAN, but the other networks will cover it as well) at 9:00 p.m. EST.
Where GMU Stands (in case you wondered)
In case you’ve ever wondered where George Mason University stands institutionally on the political spectrum, they were going to pay Michael Moore $35,000 of our tax and tuition money to speak on campus five days before the election.
First 2004 Presidential Debate Available for Free in iTunes
If you missed the debate on Thursday, be sure to download it for free from the iTunes Music Store (thanks to Audible.com and C-SPAN). Give it a listen so you’ll have a [slightly] better idea of what each candidate stands for in the foreign policy arena.
